Yes, two posts in one night. I feel like this topic deserves it's own post and I don't want to wait to tell you. I love my husband. I mean, I really love my husband. I feel like the luckiest woman on Earth because I am really married to a fantastic man who treats me like a queen and will be an amazing father.
Wesley has been ceaselessly patient with me. He lets it roll off his back when I am cranky and moody. He lets it slide when I don't do the dishes for days on end. He has picked up laundry duty, taken over the kitty litter chore, and cooked multiple dinners (something he was always good at).
I got Wesley a book called The Expectant Father. He has been reading it diligently, asking me questions, mentioning tips from the book, and just being involved from the get-go. I feel like so far he has been the unsung hero of this story so I wanted to take a minute to sing his praise and let everyone know what an amazing guy he is. I love you Wesley!
You are TRUELY blessed! You both are so new at being parents and i think it is WONDERFUL to know that you both are taking this so seriously and will be the best parents to your baby! Whether boy or girl, you two will ROCK being parents... yes even when they hit teenagers. my step son is turning 13 this year and he's already begun the teen thing... yikes!
